Century Software Technologies is seeking dedicated, highly self-confident, top performers for our Sales Team.

The current open territories are Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and Atlanta.

What do Century Account Executives sell?

Century has been in business for over 40 years and provides software products and services to medium and large businesses.

Century sells custom turn-key software for businesses that want to operate more efficiently by having software designed and written from scratch, specifically created for their business, so that the software works in the same ways they operate their business. We make the software look, feel and function exactly like the customer wants it to, to cut their operational costs, streamline processes, or update old software to run on new operating systems (huge sales opportunities for updating old custom software).

Century also sells SaaS (Software as a Service) for some of our products, so it's easy for an Account Executive to turn a prospect into a customer instantly! Customers don't have to install any software or hardware ... You just sign the customer up, we set them up and they log on and start using the software! Adding these types of customers grows monthly sales commission.

All businesses want to save time and money. We help them do that. Our Account Executives call on Chief Information Officers and IT Managers who have user departments within their businesses that need software to automate tasks. Our Sales Reps are expected to build relationships with the CIOs and IT Managers in their territory so they will contact Century when they have software projects they need to be developed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Four year undergraduate degree from an accredited academic university
  • Minimum of 4 years outside sales experience, or demonstrable high energy with polished selling skills
  • Ability to quickly digest and understand Century's products and services
  • Commitment to developing the "Right Solution for the Customer"
  • Ability to "Hit the Ground Running"
  • Prior sales experience and experience selling into the Information Technology Market are a plus, but are not a requirement. We are looking for high energy, polished, driven persons.
