CODING, INDEXING & OCR
Century designs coding and indexing specific to each of your projects. Our indexing specialists index all of your scanned documents and imported eDiscovery. All documents are captured using full text OCR for fast search and retrieval. As documents are scanned and indexed, they can be loaded into Century’s Online Search and Retrieval System or any of the commercially available litigation database management programs, such as Concordance, Summation or LAW PreDiscovery.
ELECTRONIC FILE DISCOVERY
Electronic file formats such as Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc. can be converted to electronic images, which Century then codes and loads into Century’s Online Search and Retrieval System or other litigation database management systems.
DOCUMENT AND DATA ARCHIVING
After the case is over, Century can archive all case documents and data for future retrieval.
CUSTOM SOFTWARE
